Bill O'Reilly hosts Fox News' show

Former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly has launched his first "No Spin News" online show with a format that closely follows the brand of conservative politics and pugnacious punditry that made him one of the most popular voices on USA television.

O'Reilly, who long held the No. 1 spot among cable news shows, was sacked from Fox News in April after about 90 advertisers backed out of the program following The New York Times reported that the network or O'Reilly paid some $13 million to settle sexual harassment claims by five women. On Thursday, the show was made available to the public.

O'Reilly posted the first half-hour of the show on billoreilly.com on Wednesday, but only subscribers with premium membership - which cost $4.95 per month - could watch. Smerconish served as the primary fill-in host for O'Reilly's now-defunct syndicated radio program for five years and was a guest on O'Reilly's internet newscast on Wednesday night.
