Rohit Shetty To Direct Ranveer Singh In a Action Film

"Yes, I'm making a film with Ranveer Singh". And this is most probably the actor's first outing as a cop. Ranveer will be seen playing a corrupt police officer.

The ensemble cast of Rohit Shetty directorial Golmaal Again including Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu and Shreyas Talpade reached the "city of pearls" Hyderabad to shoot for the title track of the film. Incidentally, this will be the actor's first outing as a police officer. None of the actors from his generation ex- Arjun Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor or Siddharth Malhotra has donned a cop's uniform. It was also reported that the movie will be a raw action thriller. Rohit Shetty will be reportedly start with the Hindi remake of a popular Telugu film "Temper" which starred Junior NTR in the lead.

Currently, Singh is shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati, after which he shall begin working for Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boys alongside Alia Bhatt.
