Taylor Swift is expected to testify in court

A 15-page questionnaire released as jury selection began in the dueling lawsuits also asked candidates if they had seen any pictures related to the case - a possible reference to a photo that shows DJ David Mueller with his right hand behind the pop superstar, just below her waist, before a 2013 concert in Denver.

Mueller says he was falsely accused by the Wildest Dreams singer of putting his hand on her bare backside during a meet and greet at Denver's Pepsi Center.

At the time of the alleged incident, Mueller was a radio DJ for country music station 98.5 KYGO in Denver on the Ryno and Jackson morning show, going by "Jackson". "It was completely intentional, and I have never been so sure of anything in my life".

Two days after the incident on June 2, 2013, he was sacked from his $150,000-a-year job following an internal investigation conducted by Lincoln Financial Media.

Swift's mother and a member of her team are also defendants in the lawsuit filed by Mueller. For his part, Mueller has admitted that he had touched Swift during the encounter, but insists that it was accidental. Mueller's attorney is arguing that someone besides Mueller groped Swift, and his client will be testifying on his own behalf.

Taylor Swift and her support team didn't call police after she said she had been groped by a Denver radio host during a photo session before a concert.

Mueller sued Swift in 2015.

Swift countersued Mueller one month later for assault and battery.

Mueller denied inappropriately touching Swift and said he told the guard: "Please call the police".

Ali dominates for England at Old Trafford
Bairstow's enterprising and entertaining knock ensured England made a solid first-innings total of 362. The 35-year-old was now in sight of his first five-wicket haul in a Test innings at Old Trafford.

Mueller sued Swift on September 10, 2015 - two years after the alleged incident - claiming her accusations that he inappropriately touched her were false and cost him his $150,000-a-year job and future career opportunities.

"Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault-it was Mueller-and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit", the documents read.

Mueller says he was verbally abused and kicked out of the venue by her security.

How did David Mueller respond?

Swift fans can technically be allowed in the courtroom, as 32 seats are designated for members of the public - not media - and 75 seats will be made available in the public overflow location in the courthouse.

Swift and Mueller aren't required to be in court for jury selection, which is expected to end Tuesday.

Later, Swift's bodyguard confronted Mueller with the allegation that he had reached under the singer's dress and grabbed her.

Swift plans to donate any winnings from the trial to a charity that fights against, and protects women from, sexual assault. That is how it should be framed and thought of, because the location of the groping is not as important as whether or not she was groped in general.
