Trump election panel official alleges fraud in NH

Allegra Boverman for NHPR

The new figures could potentially call into question the validity of the New Hampshire results for November 8, when Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton outpolled Republican nominee Donald Trump by a mere 2,736 votes. It turns out that, as of August 30, 2017 - almost ten months after the election - only 1,014 of the 6,540 same-day registrants who registered with an out-of-state license had obtained a New Hampshire driver's license.

According to statistics released by the Speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, on the date of the general election in November 2016, there were 6,540 same-day registrants who registered to vote in New Hampshire using an out-of-state driver's license to prove their identity.

Well, it looks like Fox News wanted on in on some of that action.

In a piece titled 'Out-of-staters may have won New Hampshire for Clinton, data suggest' on the network's website today, writer Lukas Mikelionis noted "more than 5,000 people who cast ballots in New Hampshire in the 2016 US presidential election might not have been residents of the state".

The definition allows people like college students, doctors completing their residency and military personnel who are stationed in the state to vote, Gilles Bissonnette, the legal director of the ACLU of New Hampshire said in an email. One witness is University of New Hampshire political scientist professor Andrew Smith and the second is Election Data Services president Kimball Brace, whose work has attracted Gardner's attention since the 1970s. Kelly Ayotte (R) by just over 1,000 votes.

Patrick Derenze, 22, said that he voted with a New York ID, and was unaware of any New Hampshire law that required voters to change their licenses after voting.

New Hampshire First District Congresswoman Carol Shea Porter said Kobach is deceiving the public at the expense of faith in the democratic process. Additionally, about 200 people have registered a vehicle in New Hampshire.

"If you're here today, you can vote and be gone", one poll official unwittingly told Veritas.

Tredje AP fonden Acquires 4230 Shares of Union Pacific Corporation (UNP)
The railroad operator reported $1.45 earnings per share for the quarter, topping analysts' consensus estimates of $1.39 by $0.06. Several other hedge funds and other institutional investors have also recently added to or reduced their stakes in the stock.

The president has appointed a special commission to investigate voter integrity, led by Vice President Mike Pence. He also said Ms. Ayotte lost for the same reason: illegal voting. The investigation "will be comparing data from state voter registries with data from scores of other available databases, including certain state agencies, national change of address, Social Security death index, and results from hundreds of FOIA requests".

WND reported in June a study concluded that as many as 5.7 million noncitizens may have voted in the 2008 election won by Barack Obama, giving credence to Trump's much-maligned claim that more than 3 million illegal-alien voters cost him the nationwide popular vote last November.

Kris Kobach, Kansass secretary of state, arrives to a meeting on the election in Washington on July 19.

And the chance of passing an election-day registration bill in the 2019 session depends on who Kansans pick as governor and legislators in state elections next year, Carmichael said.

Jasper's inquires - included in a letter he sent to a letter he sent to Secretary of State William Gardner and Commissioner of Safety John Barthelmes - sought information derived from a new system that matches voting and driving records for the goal of "verifying the accuracy of the information contained in the voter database". Also signing was John Barthelmes, the Republican appointed commissioner for the Department of Safety.

It's actually state law that if you move to the state with the intent on staying in the state, you must give up your former driver's license and get a New Hampshire driver's license within 60 days.

5,513 is a big number - more than enough to swing two very important elections.

Nowhere in the letter do the departments suggest that out-of-state people voted illegally. It seems that they never were bona fide residents of the State.
