iPhone X 'notch remover' now available in App Store

If you are one of the people who don't really like seeing the notch on the gorgeous bezel-less display of the iPhone X, well, there is some good news for you.

The app will cost you 0.99 United States dollars but is just a small price to pay if those of you that came to a conclusion that the notch is not something you can deal with.

It does not exactly remove the notch but rather places a black bar at the top of the phone to help blend the notch, it will also add a black bar to your images in the iOS settings page. In other words, the notch is still technically there, but you don't have to deal with looking at it anymore. So what's another $0.99 for a silly little app that fixes a silly little problem? The notch is indeed gone, replaced by a smooth, straight edge. Nevertheless, the end result looks like a traditional unibrow status bar, instead of the two brows now found at the top of the iPhone X's home and lock screens.

European Union member states sign joint notification on deepening defense cooperation
Poland has made a decision to join the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) in the field of defense within the EU. Under the cooperation, member countries will submit an action plan outlining their defense aims.

If this sounds like the app for you, then you should know that it doesn't come free.

Apple's iPhone X comes with a notch at the top of the display, under the notch is where Apple had hidden all of the cameras and technology for their Face ID. It just fills in the area around the notch so that it feels more like the existing iPhones.
