'A Quiet Place' Shows Off Another New Trailer

The official trailer for A Quiet Place, a new horror film by the husband-wife-duo, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, was released online on Tuesday, and it teases a novel concept that is sure to excite fans of horror cinema. Those scary monsters seem to leave you well enough alone until you make a noise; then all hell breaks loose.

And thanks to a full trailer that John Krasinski (who wrote, directed and starred in the picture) introduced during his recent visit to The Ellen Show, we've been given ample reason to check out the film once it sees wide release. If they hear you, they hunt you.

While other teasers have set up the world and plot of the film, the official trailer gives us our first glimpse of the monster in question and some severe tragedy that sets up the rest of the movie.

Set to the beat of a thumping heart, the trailer makes it clear how hard it would truly be to live a life without any sound at all - especially when you have children, and one of them has a noisy toy.

A family of four are fighting for their lives but in total silence but mysterious supernatural forces which hunt sound threaten the family's survival.

A Quiet Place is set for release on April 6th in the States, and is now without a United Kingdom release date.
