Google App (Beta) is now offering to Edit or Share your screenshots

Opting into the beta is a breeze, and you can be up-and-running with the new version in a matter of moments. On version 7.21 (currently in beta), there is a new toggle called "Edit and share screenshots" as the last item in the list. It remains unknown when the final cut will be made public but the feature is ready to test drive for anyone wanting to do so.

It is important to note that the tool only works inside of the application, so the Google app should be activated when editing and quick sharing the screenshot.

To enable, head to the Google app's Settings and then Accounts & privacy.

Wigan revenge next step of Man City's quadruple chase
I think the best bet is over 3.5 goals and I think it is quite a safe bet since Manchester City should score 4 goals easily. Wigan will be without the cup-tied Devante Cole , Donervon Daniels and James Vaughan .

The edit tools allow you to crop, or annotate/draw on your screenshot. Tapping on it will make the feature start on its works.

Post the update, whenever you capture a screenshot inside the Google app of pages such as the Feed, search results or followup links viewed through Chrome Custom Tabs, the app will bring up a panel from the bottom. Selecting edit will open up a simple editor that allows the user to crop the screenshot, and draw doodles on it.

Note that this feature isn't exactly new and it seems that Google might have come up with this idea before Apple did. The panel will be on-screen and the screenshot will be loaded in the background. One possibility is that the function could be incorporated within the Android OS and when it happens, it will be available outside of the application, thus making for a more powerful screenshot editor. The fact that it's now part of the latest beta suggests it could roll out to the main app very soon.
