AI-powered Google News app

In the app, the "For You" tab houses a rundown of stories that Google thinks you'll be interested in.

Under Favorites, you add topics and sources you enjoy the most.

At its recently concluded I/O event, Google had teased a new Google News app powered by AI, and today that app has been released for iOS users across 127 countries.

Google announced new changes coming to Google News at its recent I/O developer conference, noting the new app would come with a brand new redesign, for an improved reading experience.

The next section of the app is titled "Headlines" that will provide the latest news in multiple categories like business, U.S, global, technology, entertainment, science, sports and health segments.

Kristen Stewart flouts footwear ban at Cannes Film Festival
But, as it started to rain, Kristen headed toward the stairs removing her heels in order to get there a little quicker. Does he have to wear heels?' It can work both ways. "That's my point of view".

Filtering the news manually seems like a mammoth task at times, so the AI element of Google News aims to learn from what you read to serve you a better content selection as time passes.

The app divides everything into four sections, with the first one being "For You", which is the top 5 reports the artificial intelligence determines to be of value to the user. A useful option allows you to save your searches and stories for later.

In an effort to work more collaboratively with publishers, a new feature due soon called "Subscribe with Google" will let outlets and websites offer subscription-based content. Users can use their Google account to avail of these offers once the feature is rolled out. There's also a "Full Coverage" mode, which gives you a wide selection of content around a topic like editorial and opinion pieces, tweets, videos and a timeline of events. Google said last week that it plans to offer over 1,0000 magazine titles you can follow by tapping a star icon or subscribing to.

Android version of the app is already out for Google's platform. The app can also balance breaking news into chronological order. Let us know how you like it.
