Harshvardhan Kapoor starrer 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero' gets new release date

Bhavesh Joshi Superhero and Veere Di Wedding posters

The release of Harshvardhan Kapoor-starrer Bhavesh Joshi Superhero has been delayed to June 1, the production house "Phantom Films" announced on Wednesday, as a result of which the vigilante film will be clashing with sister Sonam Kapoor's Veere Di Wedding.

The film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero tells the tale of Harshvardhan emerging as the new superhero in town after incidents turn the life of a group of residents upside down. Not just that, it has a greater audience potential and is a safe distance away from holdover Hindi and English releases. "With Raazi doing much better than expected last week and Deadpool 2 releasing this week it's going to be hard to get primetime show timings for us". Interestingly, he is headed towards a clash with his sister, Sonam Kapoor-starrer Veere Di Wedding. "Besides it looks like a film that will take time to pick up at the box office, provided the content is good".

The change in dates gives Parmanu - The Story of Pokhran a weaker competition. Although there is no official word from team Veere Di Wedding, a push in the release date is certainly not on the cards according to the official spokesperson.

DHS: Most Illegals at Border Don't Meet Criteria to Enter US
Harris was very concerned with the policy of detaining parents, causing separation from their children. The children are transferred to the custody of Health and Human Services within 48 hours, she said.

Earlier this week, the second song of the film 'Chavanprash' is now out which features cousins Harshvardhan Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor.

With the Kapoors out of the way, Parmanu could stand a chance to draw more audience. But the movie will compete for a top spot in Maharashtra given that Madhuri Dixit's Marathi movie Bucket List releases on the same day. It received positive reviews.
