"Today the May Xbox One update arrives for gamers around the world". This doesn't allow you to take advantage of Discord's voice and text chat services, but it does allow Discord to show your Xbox One activity to your friends.

An update for Xbox One is coming today on your console bringing several new features and improvements. Click on the Xbox Live option and sign in to your account.

"As part of our ongoing effort to continually improve the Xbox experience, we've got a feature-packed update that enables you to get even more out of your console with some exciting new features", Microsoft's Patrick Perkins explains. You can also link via the Discord app on PC or Mobile. You'll need to head to the linked social accounts settings menu on Xbox one to find this option. This will also allow players to start Mixer broadcasts from anywhere on Xbox One, making streaming easier than ever. Here, you will see a new option for linking your Discord account.
