Angelina Jolie Could Lose Physical Custody of Kids to Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Aside from Maddox, the children are Pax, 14; Zahara, 13; Shiloh, 12; and 9-year old twins Vivienne and Knox.

The court also addressed the children's visitation with Pitt, organizing a schedule for said visits during the summer months, during which Jolie is not allowed to be present.

Additionally, the judge laid out a new cellphone policy stating Jolie must provide Pitt with the cell number of each child so he can text or call each of them at will and without Jolie monitoring the conversations.

Angelina Jolie is dangerously close to losing primary physical custody of her and Brad Pitt's six children if she doesn't switch up the how she lets the kids interact with dad.

According to The Blast, which was first to report the new court order, a judge in Jolie and Pitt's divorce case has determined that their six children's lack of "a relationship with their father is harmful to them", and says "it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother". She's in London filming the sequel to Maleficent and Brad is going to get plenty of summer time with the kids across the pond. The schedule involves each child except for Maddox, who is being allowed to make his own choices because he is older. He also has custody for four hours a day from July 8-14. Pitt will choose one or two of the minor children to see at a time and during this period, he gets to spend time with each child at least twice.

Davidson, also 24, recently got two Grande-inspired tattoos but they have yet to officially confirm their wedding plans. In fact, some of the biggest names in Hollywood popped the question after a few short months.

From June 27 to July 1, the actor again gets custody of one or two children at a time for ten hours, and the children will be accompanied by a child therapist. He will have custody again from August 11 until the estranged couple's next court hearing on August 13.

From July 21 to the 29th, Pitt will be in California and will decide whether the children stay with him or Jolie's home in Los Angeles.

If Angelina does not allow her children to spend more time with Brad, she may lose primary custody. Jolie is responsible for the children traveling back to Los Angeles and Pitt will be responsible for getting them back to London afterward. The court also forbid her from reading the text messages that Brad sends to his children. But Jolie and Pitt seemed to bury the hatchet in January 2017, releasing a joint statement saying they had agreed to handle their divorce in a private forum and would work together to reunify their family. "Brad will be wherever he needs to be for the kids".

Following their split, Pitt was investigated by multiple agencies after Jolie alleged that he had a drinking problem and was abusive to their children.
