Celtics Have Reportedly Made Another Trade Offer For Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard wants to leave the Spurs to join the Lakers

According to several experts at ESPN, there seems to be mounting pressure for the franchise to trade for Kawhi Leonard as LeBron James remains hesitant to be the first player to commit to the franchise.

Later, Deveney does note that "it would be the preference of James to know with whom he will play before he signs" but the idea that he would be even be willing to land with the Lakers without assurances from a player like George or Leonard is noteworthy to say the least. The Cleveland Cavaliers, Philadelphia 76ers and L.A. Clippers have reportedly contacted San Antonio about him, according to the ESPN report.

Meanwhile, the Lakers reportedly are feeling increased pressure to complete a trade with the Spurs in order to lure James into signing.

George has raised recent suspicions of staying with the Thunder after growing a relationship with fellow star Russell Westbrook, which poses a problem for the Lakers' offseason plans.

For the Spurs, however, it might be a massive win. The team did not make a hard push to trade for him past year because of that thought, which could now backfire in more ways than one. The two-time All-Star appeared in nine games for the Spurs last season due to a quad injury.

Laura then tells Wes that he will never have a chance with her again, to which he responds with "that's fine". Writing in her weekly column, Olivia admits: "I don't like people comparing me to Megan any more!"

Kyle Kuzma and Brandon Ingram have been featured most prominently in any suggested trade proposals with the Spurs. That's not how Gregg Popovich rolls.

That would be a major risk in asset management, as it would mean losing an MVP candidate for nothing, but if the Spurs can project that position to the rest of the league, it could only drive up the price for Leonard. Sources have told ESPN that the Spurs haven't ruled out making a trade with any specific team.

The Spurs are on the clock, too. If the Spurs wait too long, James and George can make their decisions, and the Lakers could move on from Leonard, knowing they may sign him next summer.

Leonard has made this situation nearly impossible for the Spurs.
