Hands On With 2018 iPhone Mockups

Leaked render of iPhone SE 2

Credit: Tom's GuideThe tech giant has ordered 45 million 6.5-inch OLED panels and 25 million 5.8-inch OLED panels, according to a report from Korean news outlet The Bell. Apple is set to announce an "iPhone X Plus", or whatever Apple ends up branding it, with a 6.46-inch OLED screen, packing a ~6.5-inch screen into roughly the same size as the existing 5.5-inch iPhone 8 Plus.

The 3D printed iPhone X models were built based on schematics leaked by the Asian supply chain which the source says is what the final build will look like.

The big reveal here is that some of the new iPhone X models will actually be similar to current iPhones - making current cases potentially reusable on the next-gen iPhones. Looking at the camera on the 6.0-inch mockup, it is about 1 mm to 2 mm larger than the iPhone 7's, possibly hinting at an improved camera.

The larger iPhone X Plus which has been rumoured plenty already, appears to have a 6.4-inch OLED display, rather than the 6.5-inch screen that leaks have pointed towards.

Starbucks lowers profit forecast, speeds closures of poorly performing stores
That alliance frees Starbucks to focus on improving its mainstay USA cafe business, where traffic growth had stalled. Starbucks also said it will shift new store openings to under penetrated markets and slow licensed store growth.

This comes despite rumours suggesting Apple will offer a triple lens camera on at least one of its new iPhone X models in 2018.

However, cases made for the 8 Plus won't work on the iPhone X Plus. Or probably there will be just the iPhone X, with three variants launching in 2018. The 6-inch iPhone is seen as a way to attract more price-conscious customers to upgrade to a modern model, with slim bezels, Face ID and an A12 chip.

Earlier, there were rumours that the iPhone SE 2 would launch during the WWDC in the June first week.
