Lesbian killed after being tricked into Tinder threesome date

Woman's accused killers caught on surveillance video buying tools to dismember her: Prosecutors

A 24-year-old Nebraska woman who was reported missing after her Tinder date was found dismembered and in several trash bags about three weeks after her disappearance, investigators said in court documents.

The story of what allegedly happened to Loofe that night would soon unravel after police tracked down Trail and Boswell in Branson, Mo.

Saline County court heard Trial, 51, and Boswell, 24, bought tools believed to have been used to dismember the body of Sydney Loofe.

Trail told the judge he did not want to be represented by counsel in today's hearing and had an attorney arriving, tomorrow.

Aubrey Trail appears via video conference during his first court appearance, before Saline County Judge Linda Bauer at the Saline County Courthouse on June 12 in Wilber, Neb.

In newly unsealed documents, prosecutors allege that Trail and Boswell were captured by surveillance footage at a Home Depot on November 15, buying the tools that they would use to cut up Loofe's body.

The charges come months after Trail reportedly confessed that Loofe died of suffocation after her November 16 date with Boswell.

But on November 16, Loofe didn't show up for work at Menard's in north Lincoln or respond to family members who attempted to contact her, the Lincoln Journal-Star reported.

The released court documents say Trail told an Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent that he strangled Loofe with an extension cord, KETV reported.

Police think Boswell, who lived with Trail, helped him dismember her and get rid of her body.

Both Trail and Boswell were persons of interest early on in Loofe's disappearance and arrested on November 30, the Journal-Star reported.

Authorites have not offered a motive in the case, but the Nebraska Attorney General's office said it may seek the death penalty.

If convicted, both Trail and Boswell could potentially face the death penalty, with prosecutors stating that it is now being considered. After learning about Loofe's last Tinder date, police executed a search warrant at the apartment, where they determined that somebody must have been washing the walls.

Aubrey Trial (left) and Bailey Boswell (right) have been charged with murder. She took to Tinder to look for that person and unfortunately, found someone that had nothing but evil plans for her, ' George and Susie wrote.

The pair were named as persons of interest when Loofe failed to return home after her meet up with Boswell. He said there had been something around her neck.

In a phone call to the World-Herald he said: "It wasn't supposed to go to the extreme it went, of course not". "It wasn't meant that she was to die". Nine days later, on February 6, he called the same reporter and told him how Loofe died: "It was suffocation", he said.

"A life for a life - that's the rules in my world", he said.
