The Last of Us Part 2: watch 12 minutes of intense gameplay

The Last Of Us 2's E3 2018 Trailer Shows Ellie At A Dance And Fighting Enemies

Sony's E3 conference kicked off inside a church - it was an odd setting for their conference, but it quickly became clear that the space matched the opening cinematic for The Last of Us Part II. The title was announced earlier today, but now we've gotten an actual look at the game...12 straight minutes of it, to be exact. They engage in a tender kiss which transitions to a scene of Ellie plunging a knife into a guy's throat.

After some light disembowelment, the game goes into the usual The Last of Us stealth gameplay, confirming Ellie to be at least playable. When that peace is disrupted by a violent act, Ellie is thrust into a brutal journey of retribution, fueled by a need to bring those that have wronged her to justice, pushing her to her very limits. The game we're familiar with has obviously been preserved, in terms of both gameplay and style. "We're making a game about the cycle of violence and we're making a statement about violent actions and the impact they have on the character that's committing them and on the people close to them", he told Kotaku.

Microsoft's Office UI update includes a simpler, cleaner ribbon
Next up, with the new colors and designs, users can expect to see Fluent-Design inspired changes across the Office web apps. Once Microsoft collects feedback from those users, it will roll out the changes to everyone else.

There are still many questions remaining, such as the timeline of the events we see above, but we can probably safely say that Ellie will be the main character of this installment.
