Primaries on tap for Tuesday

- Before you head to the polls to cast your vote in the Virginia primary on June 12, here's everything you need to know. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Kaine, who ran as Hillary Clinton's vice presidential candidate in 2016, has held the seat since 2013.

Locally in the 2nd Congressional District, incumbent Republican Rep. Scott Taylor has some competition.

Judging by Menendez's tepid primary performance on Tuesday against an unknown and unfunded challenger, Hugin's strategy appears to have a chance of working. Luria owns Mermaid Factory in Norfolk and served in the Navy for 20 years. He is a conservative who backs President Donald Trump and his campaign website says he wants to "Make America BELIEVE Again".
