Cavs are "looking to move" Kyle Korver

NBA Trade Rumors: Cavaliers shopping Kyle Korver

Now that LeBron James has ended his tenure with the Cleveland Cavaliers, possibly for good this time, there are more reports about what happened between he and Kyrie Irving that continue to surface.

According to Cleveland.com, the Cavs are shopping the 37-year-old.

After LeBron James' departure, the Cavaliers, who aren't looking to blow it up, are seemingly looking to trade away some of their more expendable pieces. An upgrade over Marco Belinelli, Korver is the kind of high-I.Q., motion-heavy shooter that fits seamlessly in Brett Brown's offense. Korver was one of LeBron's most important sidekicks last season, using his off-ball gravity to open up space while drilling three-pointers at a 43.6 percent clip.

Korver is due to make $7.56 million next season, and the $7.5 million in 2019-20.

Here's why trading for him, if reasonably possible, is a no-brainer.

Emma Stone Stars In 'The Favourite' Trailer
The Crown's Olivia Coleman plays the role of Queen Anne with her advisor Lady Sarah played by Rachel Weisz . The cast includes Nicholas Hoult , Joe Alwyn , Mark Gatiss , Jenny Rainsford , and James Smith .

Without LeBron James, who did an incredible job at finding Korver no matter where he was beyond the arc, it may be tough for the veteran to produce on a nightly basis on a team that will begin to rebuild sooner rather than later. One of the best three-point shooters in National Basketball Association history, Korver should still have at least some decent value on the trade market.

Out of the three teams, however, the Sixers could definitely use Korver's three-point shooting to pair with J.J. Redick.

Both players are now gone from Cleveland, with LeBron in Los Angeles and Kyrie in Boston. Most notably, he seemed to have helped second-year small forward Cedi Osman with his three-point shot.

If the Cavaliers' price tag comes down for the 37-year-old Korver, do not be surprised to see him playing with the team that originally drafted him this upcoming season.
