Chadwick Boseman to reunite with Russo Brothers for action thriller 17 Bridges

Chadwick Boseman to Star in the Russo Brothers 17 Bridges

The story "follows a disgraced NYPD detective (Boseman) who, after being thrust into a citywide manhunt for a cop killer, is given a shot at redemption".

His career is on fire right now thanks to Black Panther, but Chadwick Boseman won't just be seen in Marvel movies.

Fresh off his turn as King T'Challa aka Black Panther in Disney/Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War, Chadwick Boseman is reteaming with Joe and Anthony Russo to produce and star in the action thriller 17 Bridges from STXfilms.

Liverpool fans will be pleased by Dejan Lovren’s continued form
"I heard people saying I had a hard season but I don't agree with that", the 29-year-old told BeIN SPORTS . At the 1998 World Cup , they exited at the semi-final stage to France .

Chadwick Boseman will step out of Wakanda for the NY police drama 17 Bridges. They'll produce the new movie via their AGBO production company, and the cameras should be rolling this September. STXfilms' Drew Simon and Kate Vorhoff will oversee the film's production.

17 Bridges was written on spec by Adam Mervis and optioned by STX Films in 2016 after a bidding war with Sony, Universal and Warner Bros. Boseman is co-producing and starring in 17 Bridges, a police thriller from STXfilms that's also set to be produced by Infinity War directors Anthony and Joe Russo. "Their unique and intelligent approach to filmmaking is anything but formulaic, and with Brian Kirk at the helm directing, this film promises to go beyond the typical popcorn fare". Projects in the works include Vin Diesel's "Muscle", an untitled Dave Bautista action-comedy, and a pair of Jason Statham projects. Boseman will also produce the film along with the Russo brothers.

The 40-year-old actor has also starred in the biopics 42, Get on Up and Marshall. Maybe it's the character's relatively calm demeanor or even-handed temperament, or maybe it was simply that the supporting casts around him are always so damn great, but I hope 17 Bridges gives him the opportunity to step up and show off more of what he can do.
