Four Ways To Outsmart Breast Cancer

Стало известно чем вредит здоровью ранний ужин

Eating final meal of the day earlier could lessen cancer risk, a new study suggests.

The study which was conducted Barcelona Institute for Global Health in Spain.

The new study analysed 621 individuals with prostate cancer and 1,205 individuals with breast cancer (plus 872 and 1,321 healthy males and females, respectively), collecting data relating to preferred times for dinner and sleep. While it still needs to be confirmed independently, it does point to the possibility that you should be eating well before your head hits the pillow, a suggestion which can also potentially help fight weight gain.

"Disruption of your body clock and reduced ability to process glucose are possible mechanistic factors linking late-night eating to cancer risk".

Before this, the World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer said that people doing shift work had disrupted circadian rhythms that could be a health hazard that could probably lead to cancer in humans.

"Population-based studies have found that people that eat late at night have higher rates of obesity and worse metabolic profiles", said Catherine Marinac, a research fellow at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute who was not involved in the study.

Offset arrested for alleged gun possession
At press time, Clayton County Jail records show that Offset remains in custody with no apparent bail amount for the gun charges. Cephus was arrested following a search of the auto when officers said they found multiple handguns, marijuana, and $107,000.

They used the lifestyle of everyone, which included the meal timing.

The study found that among its participants, women who consumed over 5.5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day had an 11 per cent lower chance of developing breast cancer than those who consumed 2.5 portions of fresh produce or lower. The findings were published on Tuesday in the International Journal of Cancer.

The study's lead author, Manolis Kogevinas, believes that the results "highlight the importance of assessing circadian rhythms in studies on diet and cancer".

"Our study concludes that adherence to diurnal eating patterns is associated with a lower risk of cancer".

In short, eating dinner with at least two hours before bedtime is linked to lower cancer risks, and this result might "have implications for cancer prevention recommendations, which now do not take meal timing into account", said Dr. Kogevinas.
