Manchester United eye double swoop for Ivan Perisic and Ante Rebic

Perisic: Inter need quality to compete

The club have signed Diogo Dalot and Fred so far this summer, missing out on reported targets such as Willian and Ivan Perisic due to their prolonged involvements at the World Cup in Russian Federation.

Speaking last week, Hamilton said: "United is renowned for giving young players a chance to play in the first team if you are good enough, no matter what your age, and that's my dream".

Mourinho admitted he was baffled as to why Perisic turned down the switch, but The Sun UK, reports that the United boss now wants to return for the winger. The "Special One" had tried to sign Perisic earlier in the summer but a breakdown in transfer negotiations meant that the midfielder would likely stay put at the San Siro until now.

It is thought the club are willing to stump up £92million for the pair.

Meanwhile, another trailer for Who Is America? showed Mr Cheney being asked to sign a "waterboard kit" - a large plastic bottle. She says she sat through "disrespect and sarcasm" before walking out, calling Cohen's humour "evil, exploitive, sick".

Rebic and Perisic were part of the returning party that received a heroes welcome in Croatia on Monday.

While the Croatians ended up losing the final 4-2, Perisic was one of their stars as he scored 3 goals and provided an assist for the runners-up in the tournament.

France World Cup victor Paul Pogba will not be joining the tour along with David de Gea, Romelu Lukaku, Marouane Fellaini, Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard who will all be given extra time to rest following their exertions in Russian Federation.
