Prince Louis christening pictures released showing family of five for FIRST time

Prince Louis's christening marked by family portraits

Prince Louis was christened earlier this week and the royal event was the source of much media attention.

Three photos were released on Twitter tonight, one being of only Kate and her son, while the other two were off the Duke and Duchess's family, and then the wider royal family.

Kensington Palace shared a series of images of the adorable bub with his parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, in Clarence house, alongside members of the royal family. In gorgeous photos taken by Matt Holyoak at Clarence House, the Royal Family is looking especially sharp in neutral toned blues, taupes and creams.

There's also a group photograph featuring the newborn's royal relatives - uncle Prince Harry, aunty Meghan Markle, and proud grandparents Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

Bolton: Trump would be 'silly' to demand extradition of Russian intelligence officers
Near Trump's hotel, police roped off a group of about 60 mostly male pro-Trump demonstrators waving American flags. Trump's advisers reinforced that point in a series of television interviews Sunday. "You know what? Putin's fine.

He said he hoped he had captured the "joy" of the christening in his photos.

The christening photos are the first without the Queen, who missed her great-grandson's baptism, which took place in a private ceremony. While Charlotte has her attention exclusively on her baby brother, George shows a rare playful side and flashes a huge grin to photographer Matt Holyoak.

Her Majesty and Prince Philip did not miss the ceremony due to poor health, but mutually agreed with the Cambridge family "some time ago" that they would not attend, Buckingham Palace confirmed.

The final image shows only the Cambridges, with Charlotte apparently playing peek-a-boo from underneath Louis's christening gown as Kate gazes at her baby son and a beaming William placing a comforting hand on a slightly hesitant George.
