Three Indicted Over Kidnapping Of ‘Halloween: Resurrection’ Actress

Three people have been charged with kidnapping a star of the Halloween film series, along with another actor - holding the latter for ransom. "That is unnecessary. five guns pointed at this woman, at this unarmed, black woman".

Prosecutors allege the trio went to Daisy McCrackin's home in South Los Angeles on May 3, where they say Stewart pistol-whipped a man who was in the home, Joseph Capone. McCrackin escaped and alerted police. Then they placed black hoods on both victims.

Stewart and Jones allegedly pistol-whipped Capone and dragged him to a vehicle before forcing McCrackin in as well and covering both of their heads with black hoods.

The 36-year-old also appeared in 2016 horror film She Rises and played the daughter of a murder victim in a 2003 episode of Cold Case.

But now a story even more shocking has emerged, revealing the woman was allegedly involved in the kidnapping of two Los Angeles actors.

Capone was alleged stripped and kept in a bathtub for 30 hours with no food.

Meanwhile, the Department of Justice said it is ready to provide assistance to the PNP in solving the case. Thousands have been killed in the crackdown since President Rodrigo Duterte took office in 2016.

Jones is being held on $3 million bail, while Stewart is being held on $2 million bail.

According to court records the three suspects were charged with 17 felonies, including kidnapping, assault with a firearm and mayhem in connection with the May 2017 incident.

They drove to Jones' home in Compton, where Capone would be tortured for 30 hours, according to an indictment obtained by New York Daily News.

Jones and suspect Amber Neal reportedly took McCrackin to multiple Bank of America locations where she was forced to withdraw $100 before she was also forced to write a check to Neal for $10,000. Neal faces up to life in prison. Bail for Jones and Neal is set at $1 million, while Stewart's is more than $2 million.
