Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of failing to pay 'meaningful' child support

Angelina Jolie Says Brad Pitt Hasn’t Paid ‘Meaningful’ Child Support

Pitt and Angelina, who filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016, are still fighting over custody of their children.

"Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Pitt] for over a year and a half, [Jolie] intends to file an RFO [Request for a Court Order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order".

Meanwhile, a second source tells ET, "Brad always fulfills his commitments" when it comes to his children.

On Tuesday, Angelina Jolie alleged in court papers that her ex Brad Pitt was failing to to support their six children financially following their split. "All Brad's interested in is reaching a mutually beneficial agreement over the custody of the children, and then ending the marriage, period", a source close to the Moneyball star tells us.

A spokesperson for Jolie, Mindy Nyby, however, later denied the rumors, telling People, "The TMZ story is not true".

There was even a rousing reception for Loris Karius on his return to Anfield following that Champions League final against Real Madrid.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge explained that "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to [the children]", and added that "it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

It's been almost two years since the once-untouchable celebrity entity known as Brangelina dissolved into just Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt after the actress filed for divorce.

Jolie and her 54-year-old ex are parents to 17-year-old Maddox, 14-year-old Pax, 13-year-old Zahara, 12-year-old Shiloh, and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Earlier this year the pair clashed over Angelina's wish to take the children to Europe whilst she was shooting Maleficent 2 - a move Pitt opposed. News: 'Brad will be filming in L.A. for the summer and wants to see the kids on his regular custody schedule'. 'He feels that Los Angeles is their home base and this is where it is best for them to be.

The insider also told the outlet that every time they have reached some sort of agreement, 'Angelina has suddenly changed the goalpost. Brad isn't opposed to that.
