Russian helicopter crash in northern Siberia kills 18: Ministry
Among those killed were three members of the crew, with the other 15 believed to have been oil workers. The second helicopter landed safely, it added said. "As a result it fell, was destroyed and burned".

The agency's advice is to "use a fresh one for each sex act", with a link in the tweet directing users to a CDC page on condom effectiveness and how to correctly use the contraception.

"I'm not sure why people would reuse a condom, condoms are readily available, they are very low-cost and most of our Northern Health sites from across Northern BC throughout our communities that are publicly funded and free and available for folks". Some people misuse condoms as they wash and reuse them. An older study from 2012 in the journal Sexual Health found that 1.4 to 3.3 percent of the participants in the study were reusing a condom at least twice during a sexual encounter. Reusing a condom after a wash would also mean putting it on unrolled and wet.

Some people might think soap and water will kill all of the tiny microorganisms on or inside the condom, but that's not the case. The washed condom with its weakened latex may be more likely to tear say experts.
