iPhone X: Apple’s 2018 Flagship Might Easily Outdo Galaxy Note 9 With New A12 Processor, Per ‘Tom’s Guide’

According to a report from Tom's Guide, the new iPhone X appears to have won the "processor battle" ahead of its yet-unannounced launch date, as the existing model's A11 Bionic processor outdid the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 in the publication's Geekbench 4 tests. Industry watchers attributed the weak performance to lackluster sales of the Galaxy S9. The best part? Samsung hasn't raised the price for the base model compared to the Galaxy Note 8, making it an excellent deal for everything the phone offers.

"The Galaxy S8 was released in April past year, and the Galaxy S9 went on sales in March".

Samsung "hopes" the Galaxy Note 9 will sell better than the Galaxy Note 8, thanks to the phone's top-end specifications.

The current iPhone X, which has been out for nearly a year, outperformed Samsung's new Galaxy Note 9 in a recent benchmark test run by the tech blog.

Yet it was Meghan who dealt perhaps the most painful blow when she told her father he would not be allowed to make a speech at the wedding.

Koh also reiterated his desire for Samsung to release the first foldable phone, which he said wasn't too far in the future.

"The Galaxy S8 was released in April a year ago, and the Galaxy S9 went on sales in March". That's not a rumor at this point, as it comes directly from the chief of Samsung's mobile division. The Galaxy Note9 is for every person who work hard and play harder, with its longer battery life, its enhanced S Pen and its incredible camera functionality.

But only time will tell if the CEO's expectations are justified or if users are losing interest in the Note-series or in the premium smartphone segment in general.

As for the competition in the global market, he said it will continue to release mid-range smartphones to solidify its leadership. "Samsung also outpaced Xiaomi in the market in terms of shipment volume in the second quarter as well", Koh said.
