Beyonce's former drummer, Kimberly Thompson has reportedly filed a civil harassment restraining order against the Queen Bey, according to court records reviewed by Pitchfork.

The drummer also alleged that Beyonce is responsible for tapping her phones and also murdering her kitten.

According to the lawsuit, Beyoncé has allegedly been using her magic to run surveillance and control Thompson's finances. Thompson is alleging that Beyonce is a practicing member of "extreme witchcraft" and used "magic spells of sexual molestation" to harass her. Instead, the court has scheduled a proper hearing to take place on October 11.
