Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

The royal got active on the court at Loughborough University as she tossed around balls (in heels, no less!) during the event that celebrated young athletes.

Despite no doubt working up a little bit of a sweat, Meghan didn't change out of her heels and looked as stunning as ever in a Peplum-style navy Oscar de la Renta top and Altuzarra black flared pants.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex showed off their competitive streaks when they joined opposing teams for a netball shootout.

The royal couple will then attend the awards ceremony, hosted by TV sports presenter Jake Humphrey.

Harry and Meghan competed with the duke winning 3-2 over Meghan.
