Red Dead Online Announced For November Launch

"Today we're excited to announce Red Dead Online, a new online connected experience set against the backdrop of Red Dead Redemption 2's enormous open world".

The Red Dead Online public beta will take place after the game's official launch, which should give players plenty of opportunity to explore offline before jumping into the multiplayer universe. Perhaps Rockstar is trying to replicate this success with a similar take on Red Dead Redemption 2.

Not much is known about the mode yet, but the studio has compared it to both the online parts of the original Red Dead Redemption as well as the wildly successful Grand Theft Auto Online. Concerns over launching a big new online game were also a reason. GTA Online was held back until two weeks after GTA V was unleashed onto the world, giving people time to play through and digest the single player, and for Rockstar to work on erasing early bugs and issues that people found. "This should feel intimate and personal while still feeling fun and action-packed from moment to moment". Now we've got our first look at what that service entails with our first look at the Red Dead Online beta and what that means for players.

Hailey Boyce suffered severe injuries when an e-cigarette device exploded while she was vaping on Mothers' Day weekend of 2016. Another, which shows young people's mouths replaced by devices, emphasizes how nicotine reprograms the brain to crave more .

The few other specifics we know about Red Dead Online gameplay so far come from its Ultimate Edition bonuses: you'll have your own camp that you can decorate with different themes; you can collect new horses, guns, and outfits; and there will be some kind of rank system.

Of course, if you purchase Red Dead Redemption 2 you'll automatically have access to Red Dead Online, so don't worry about there being another package or transaction to make to gain access to the multiplayer content. Red Dead Redemption 2 is slated to release next month on PS4 and Xbox One on October 26.
