'Pokémon Go' adds Sinnoh region critters from 'Diamond' and 'Pearl'

The Pokemon Company

The awaited launch of Sinnoh-region Pokemon has been expected for a little while now, and overnight Niantic announced that the gen 4 critters would finally be making their entrance in the AR game. That's mostly composed of the starter trio of Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup, and not three but nine legendary Pokemon, including Arceus, Dialga, and Giratina, just to name a few.

With four generations now included in the game since 2016, there are only three more before the game catches up to the most recent games (Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon). Stamina values have been adjusted too, allowing players to try and defeat high-defence Pokemon by outlasting them in battle. While Niantic released a teaser video of Generation 4 Pokemon, the details of its release date is still unknown. The latter will have a reduced effect on the rate Pokemon appear.

What it's not keeping quiet about are the changes it will bring before we arrive at Sinnoh. Parks and nature reserves will also be home to more varied species and your chances of meeting more kinds of Pokemon over time and at different rates when you explore certain areas. The first set of changes increase your chances at capturing Pokemon in the wild.

Mental health services for young fail to live up to the promise
We have commenced the construction of primary health centres across the state to reach all Edo people and residents irrespective of where they reside.

Defense values have also been slightly retroactively reduced for most Pokemon.

As for how Pokemon will change for battle, CP values will be rebalanced and the gap in HP values between Pokemon will be closer. GamePress predicts that Rhyperior and Mamoswine will be top tier attackers thanks to their impressive stats and access to strong attack moves.

Pokemon GO is available now in select regions on Android and iOS devices. Let us know in the comment section below.
