Royal tour: Harry and Meghan brighten up Bondi Beach

Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle has turned to yoga to cope with the discomforts of her pregnancy.

It comes after the couple visited a beach in Melbourne and drought-stricken farmers in Dubbo, New South Wales, as part of their 16-day tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga.

Meghan and Harry participate in an "anti bad vibes" circle on Bondi Beach.

Charlotte Connell, who is 23 weeks pregnant, was at the beach with her son Finn.

Sethunya Gibbons, 9, told Yahoo's Australian outlet about her sweet encounter with the couple and why her t-shirt caught Meghan's eye.

'We talked about how you feel jet lagged even though you have not travelled anywhere.

Melbourne hearts melted from the moment the couple arrived, with the southern city embracing them as tightly as India Brown and her unscheduled hug about halfway through the morning meet-and-greet.

Meghan has always been a huge advocate for yoga, so it's not surprising that she's filling her time with some physical activity.

According to the Evening Standard, the couple spent around ten minutes listening too the experiences of the other people in the group - as well as sharing their own.

She also used to marvel over yoga on her defunct blog, The Tig, warning her readers that they should "be prepared to fall just a wee bit in love" with the exercise.

"You can't give flowers that big to my wife, what is that all about?"

Her mother Doria Ragland who was a social worker at the time, also took her to the slums in Jamaica and Mexico when she was just 10 years old.

Markle is staying true to her lifestyle blogger roots.

Meghan added, laughing, "Yes, my mom calls me 'Flower.' She has always called me 'Flower.' It's really amusing because I don't even think about it when I'm describing how we chat".
