FedEx driver stops, respectfully folds flag
When she reviewed video footage from her home security camera to find out how they got there, she saw King stop to pick up the flags and fold them. He not only picked up the flag but folded it properly and put it away safely on our porch. An American flag was laying on the ground.
Marine veteran Mike King stopped mid-route this week when he spied a fallen flagpole, and a crumpled Old Glory on a family's front yard in Ferndale, Md. "Thanks! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves, I can't thank him enough!"
When he figured he couldn't do that, he removed the flag from the pole, folded it up along with a Baltimore Ravens flag, and placed them in a box on Cook's porch.
A FedEx delivery driver is getting recognition on social media for rescuing an American Flag that was blown down by high winds.
Cook wrote on Facebook in a post that has since been liked over 200 times. "You and Eric are welcome I couldn't just drive by and do nothing", King wrote in the comments on Cook's post.

King didn't have a package to deliver to Cook's home, but he stopped anyway. 'And we just really appreciate that he took the time to do that for us'.
"FedEx Ground is proud of the many contributions our team members and vendors make to our local communities every day", a FedEx representative said.
Meanwhile, FedEx praised King's actions, as per the Sun.
