O2 network outage: Millions of customers hit by technical fault

The O2 outage wreaked havoc across the UK yesterday

In statement released by the company this morning O2 say: "One of our third party suppliers has identified a global software issue in their system which has impacted us".

The O2 network has been hit with problems - meaning users are unable to access the internet when without a wifi connection. Some voice calls are getting through but all 4G and SMS services are completely jiggered. Our technical teams are investigating.

If you spent this morning freaking out you'd used up your data allowance and tried desperately to call O2 to give them a piece of your mind, you're not alone.

He said: "We're aware that our customers are unable to use data this morning".

Customers on other mobile networks such as Sky, Tesco and Giffgaff have also been affected by the problem because their networks use O2 services. The outage tool - which allows customers to check if their area is affected - was also down.

In a press release, Florida DOH says the clinic will allow people to "roll in" and receive a flu shot, all while staying in their vehicle.

"Updates will be shared here as soon they are available". Our technical teams are working extremely hard to resolve this.

It's encouraging users to "use Wi-Fi wherever they can".

A TfL spokesperson told The Register: "We're sorry that customers are unable to use our Countdown screens at bus stops for live travel information".

Engineers are working to fix the issue that has meant customers can not use their mobile data to access the internet and other services on its network. Our technical teams are investigating.
