The Salvation Army is warning residents after getting reports of two people going door-to-door and soliciting donations in Garden City.

The suspects snatched the kettle Tuesday afternoon at the Cub Foods in the Northtown Mall.

"But whoever the donor is, we want them to know we are truly grateful for this donation, and for the lives that will be helped as a result", he said. "We have to be out where people can give to us, so if we don't have enough volunteers, we are not out", said Maj. Why would someone do this to people?

Bomb attack kills three in Chabahar city of Iran: state media
It reported there were sounds of explosions and shooting in the city on Thursday. The official IRNA news agency said it was a auto bombing.

One of the thieves used what appears to be bolt cutters to remove the kettle from its stand, while the other thief nervously paces around, and holds up his coat to either hide the theft or to hide the kettle once they took it. Once the kettle comes loose, they take the kettle and run off. But the suspects face charges that include theft, felony possession of theft tools and damage to property. Doliber also says crimes like this are not common, even though someone stole another kettle that was without a bell ringer in Oakdale on Friday.

"I mean I didn't really expect a fine, really don't care about the fine", Elliott said Wednesday.
