Cleveland Browns Mythbusters: Freddie Kitchens edition

Browns pass on Colts' Matt Eberflus as new head coach

The Cleveland Browns believe they finally have a franchise quarterback.

Fangio represents the first defensive-minded coach to get a head-coaching job during this hiring cycle after one-fourth of the league canned their coaches and mostly started looking for 'The Next Sean McVay'.

According to a new report, the Browns actually wanted to hire McCarthy, but the offer came with a stipulation and he declined it.

Cleveland Browns offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens looks on during the first quarter against the Cincinnati Bengals at FirstEnergy Stadium on December 23, 2018 in Cleveland, Ohio. This was the same position he held at Oklahoma State from 2011-2012.

From running backs coach to the big chair in 11 months is quite a jump, and it's a move that comes with complications that go well beyond printing new business cards and moving office furniture. They ended the year 5-3 and scored below 20 points just twice - it happened four times in the first eight games under Haley.

Vinod Rai recommends 2-ODI ban for Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul
Rahul answered saying, "up to the woman" while an outspoken Hardik said: "Nahi nahi aisa kuch nahi hai, talent pe hota hai". He said, "We, definitely, as the Indian cricket team do not support views like that and that has been communicated".

Stefanski was in Cleveland on Tuesday for a second interview.

Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com reported that the other finalist for the job was Kevin Stefanski, who finished the season as the Minnesota Vikings' interim offensive coordinator.

Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano along with former Denver Broncos coach Vance Joseph are reportedly being considered to replace Gregg Williams as defensive coordinator.

And Kitchens has experience coaching in DFW and Texas.
