Bill Timmons, Hacienda HealthCare's CEO and president, resigned yesterday after a report that the woman was sexually attacked at one of his facilities in Arizona.
Hacienda almost lost its Medicare funding in December 2013 after Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) found at least one staff member was abusive to multiple patients while several staff members were deficient in reporting patient allegations of abuse by staff. In the report, a source told the outlet that staffers didn't know that the woman was pregnant until she went into labor. "And they didn't know what was wrong with her", the source said.
"Sadly, one of her caretakers was not to be trusted and took advantage of her".
"We're not going to point out who we've obtained DNA from or who we intend to get DNA from", he said.
"I wasn't there", Meyers said.

Phoenix police say the matter is under investigation and decline further comment. The child is being cared for by the woman's family.
But there have been reports of patient mistreatment. "We will continue to cooperate with Phoenix police and all other investigative agencies to uncover the facts in this deeply disturbing, but unprecedented situation".
"As a company, we welcome this development in the ongoing police investigation", the company stated in the release, reported the Arizona Republic.
