Thomas Wayne Markle Jr is facing a drink-driving charge after he was arrested in OR, state police have said.

TMZ stated that the 52-year-old was stopped by police at 1:33 AM in OR and taken into custody for impaired driving.

Per authorities, Thomas had a blood alcohol content of.11% and was issued a citation for a DUI.

"We arrested a Thomas Lane Markle Jr. about 1:30 am on highway 238, down in Josephine County".

Police were said to have performed a field sobriety test and TMZ reports that the window fitter was "visibly intoxicated and well over the legal limit".
