Michy Batshuayi to return to Chelsea as Valencia loan cut short

Michy Batshuayi

The Belgium global has scored only three goals in 23 appearances for Valencia in all competitions this season.

Batshuayi was taken off at the end of the first half and the Valencia coach admits that he saw nothing but lack of effort and application from the player during the game.

"Batshuayi's situation is very clear".

Alemany said: 'At the moment we are negotiating with several clubs the departure of Michy Batshuayi.

The Chelsea forward was a disappointment in Spain, scoring only twice in 23 matches for the club.

Valencia sporting director Mateu Alemany said there is plenty of interest in the Belgian worldwide.

Man caught on cam licking doorbell for 3 hr
Rather than trying to break in, however, he apparently made a decision to hang out and lick their doorbell-for three hours. Identified by police as 33-year-old Roberto Daniel Arroyo , the man stole extension cords from the holiday decorations.

We are expecting an exit in the next few hours or days'.

'The player knows. For the good of the player and the club, we are looking for a solution. We hope that, for his sake, this can be resolved as soon as possible.

And it is now being reported by The Mirror that Everton are keen on signing the Belgian, who would cost around £14m. Marco Silva's need for a striker is well documented.

It is believed that Crystal Palace, Fulham and former club Marseille are all courting Batshuayi's status, be it loan or permanent.

Michy Batshuayi is set to return to Chelsea this month after Valencia confirmed they are in talks to cut his loan short.

Premier League rules do not permit English top-flight clubs to loan more than one player to the same club.
