Mueller Met With Trump's Campaign Pollster, a Former Manafort Associate

REDACT-OOPS: Manafort's Lawyers Accidentally Reveal Mueller Thinks He Shared 2016 Polling Data With Russia

Asked if he wanted the special counsel's final report to be made public, Trump told reporters: "There's been no collusion whatsoever - we'll have to see".

Mueller's team met with pollster Tony Fabrizio in February 2018, an interview that has not been previously reported and takes on new significance after Manafort's attorneys revealed Tuesday that Mueller's team is still interested in how Manafort shared polling data with his Russian intelligence-linked colleague.

President Trump on Thursday denied any knowledge that his former campaign chairman Paul Manafort shared polling data with a Russian who has ties to the Kremlin's intelligence community.

"No. I didn't know anything about that", Trump replied.

According to CNN, Manafort told his accountant in a November 2016 email to expect a $2.4 million payment for consulting work he performed in Ukraine.

Toyota recalls 1.7 million more autos over Takata airbag defects
Safety advocates say the completion rate should be far higher given the danger associated with the inflators. Toyota has announced the recall of 1.7 million Toyota and Lexus cars on Wednesday due to airbag issues.

Former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort departs from U.S. District Court in Washington, U.S., February 28, 2018.

Some Trump critics touted the revelation as the strongest evidence to date of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government. But there has been no indication that Trump knew about Manafort's activities or that the recipients used the data to help Trump win the election.

Manafort's defense team was responding to Mueller's accusations that he lied to the special counsel's investigators about his contacts with Russians during the campaign after pleading guilty past year.
