Piers Morgan hospitalized for mystery illness

Piers hosts Good Morning Britain with Susanna Reid

Piers Morgan has shared a photo of himself look somewhat worse-for-wear while in hospital.

"Hope you back up soon matey", shared one, while another added: "Hope you get better soon don't like my morning coffee with Piers Morgan".

The Good Morning Britain co-host revealed yesterday he had been undergoing tests in hospital for an unspecified medical issue.

"I can only apologize for all the upset & offence I know this development will cause", Morgan, 53, continued, not sharing any details about his mystery health crisis.

Some fans joked that Morgan, a big critic of veganism, may have gotten sick from a vegan sausage roll he ate this week on live television.

Piers tweeted: "If you really want to know, I was diagnosed with stomach gastritis and duodenitis".

Repeated radio signals from deep space thrust advanced alien life theories
While interesting, these new observations, he said, can not tell us about the nature of these sources-at least not yet. That repeating FRB seemed to have originated from a galaxy located about 2.5 billion light-years from Earth.

'I blame eating a mouthful of vegan sausage roll, Brexit & Donald Trump'.

"Friday, 11am: hospitalised for gastroscopy on inflamed, exploding innards".

While many of his followers wished him well, others accused him of making the whole situation up.

One respondent questioned why Piers had a "need" for sedatives, giving the former Mirror journalist the opportunity to describe the pain of the procedure.

Although it's now unknown what prompted Morgan's trip to the hospital, in December, he came into work at Good Morning Britain while suffering from a cold that left him "sweating like a pig", Metro reported.
