Vegas police want Ronaldo's DNA for alleged rape in 2009

English model Jasmine Lennard vows to expose Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo

Authorities in Las Vegas issued a warrant for Cristiano Ronaldo's DNA on Thursday in order to see if it matches that on the dress of a woman who accused him of rape, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Ronaldo, for his part, has "firmly" denied the allegations, claiming his encounter with Mayorga was consensual.

Jasmine Lennard, right, claimed Juventus soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo threatened her with bodily harm.

A key piece of evidence in the investigation is a dress from the night in question nine years ago.

Ronaldo denies assaulting Kathryn Mayorga at a Las Vegas hotel in 2009.

Rahaf Al-Qunun Referred To Australia For Refugee Resettlement By UNHCR
Mr AlAraibi said Australian embassy officials in Bangkok had been visiting him once a week. Alqunun's case has highlighted the cause of women's rights in Saudi Arabia.

The German newspaper Der Spiegel reported in October past year that Ronaldo allegedly employs a team of fixers, including at least one private detective, to deal with the public relations disaster he faced after he was accused of rape by Kathryn Mayorga. He is expected to ship the sample back to Las Vegas. Once there, say the court papers, he urged her into his hot tub, but she refused because she did not want to spoil her dress.

Lennard, 33, called the footballer "a psychopath" in now-deleted tweets, in which she pledged to assist the woman who has accused Ronaldo of rape.

"Upon leaving the bathroom, Ronaldo pulled the plaintiff into a bedroom and on to a bed and attempted to engage in sexual intercourse", the documents add. "Plaintiff refused. and covered herself in an attempt to prevent sexual penetration".

Mayorga set aside her anonymity to reveal the full details of her story to Der Spiegel, intent on getting the 2010 settlement voided on the grounds that it was never legally binding, as well as finding out if there were other victims of Ronaldo alleged abuse and mistreatment.

The model's lawyer Jonathan Coad of Keystone Law said: 'I am advising her on a possible harassment claim against Mr Ronaldo'.
