Former 'American Idol' Contestant Facing Federal Drug Charges

Former 'American Idol' contestant facing federal drug charges

She pleaded not guilty to that charge.

The indictment cited by the Virginian-Pilot indicates that on one occasion Isaac delivered over 2 pounds of heroin and almost 10 pounds of cocaine to an unidentified co-conspirator to distribute.

Barba remains in police custody and will be held until at least Thursday, when she's set to appear in court for a detention hearing.

An unnamed cohort used an apartment on Granby Street in September 2017 to stash cocaine, heroin and money, according to the indictment, which also outlines several small drug sales in Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

Several alleged co-conspirators are identified in the indictment, which contains details of acts of possession and distribution of controlled substances.

The indictment alleges Barba was delivering about 830 grams of fentanyl when she was arrested the morning of October 11, 2018.

Watford striker Gray: No limit to our ambitions
Two men have been taken to hospital for treatment after ugly scenes of violence erupted outside Vicarage Road on Saturday evening. The Englishman also gained possession on more occasions than any other Watford player in an industrious performance.

Barba, who is best known for making it just shy of the top 12 round on "American Idol" in 2007, drew backlash that year for posing in a wet T-shirt near the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC.

She previously has been charged in NY with shoplifting. Apparently she only has a public defender, so things are not looking good...

She said then: "I know the buzz might not be the same as it was in 2007, but it amazes me - nearly two years later, I still get recognized!"

Barba, who also appeared on Fear Factor, was already facing 40 years in prison from her October arrest.

Barba also made an appearance on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" for a 2018 segment featuring other former "Idol" contestants titled "Where Are They Now?"
