Moto Z3 Play in the United States officially gets Android 9 Pie update

Moto G4 Plus gets Android 8.1 Oreo, Moto Z3 Play receives Android Pie Update

Moto's new G7s for the United States, this looks and feels more luxe than you'd expect for a £239 (more than Rs. 39,000 in PKR) device.

Motorola created some of the best low-budget phones for years, but its latest portfolio of devices was a little confusing since it was divided between the Moto G6, the G6 Play, the E5 Plus, and the E5 Play. What REALLY intrigues is that this phone is being released in the Indian market within weeks of the price of the Moto One Power being slashed to Rs 14,999, which is just a notch above that offered by Mahesh Telecom.

Beyond that, the devices vary in size and build quality. With a 5.7-inch screen, the handset has an all-plastic body. As of now, all we can safely say is that one of India's major retailers is getting ready to say Hello to the Moto G7 Power. The display on this phone also measures 6.2-inches but bears only a 1570 x 720p resolution. This gives the Play a sleek and compact feel, and it won't take up too much space in the pocket. The G7 weighs 172g, while the G7 Plus weighs 176g.

The display of the G7 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, while the handset also includes a 3,000mAh rechargeable battery, water-repellency and an 8-megapixel front camera. It comes with Motorola's proprietary features such as Moto Display and Moto Actions. Its increased size means it'll be less manageable for those will smaller hands. That processor alone makes the G7 Play 110 percent faster than the G6 Play.

Despite the fact these are affordable handsets, Motorola hasn't cut corners with the cameras on its new phones. There are plenty of other fixes and performance tweaks. The phone has a 16-megapixel/5-megapixel dual camera setup with optical image stabilization (OIS), and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The real powerhouse of the series, however, is the G7 Plus, which boasts a 16MP main camera and 5MP depth sensor on the rear, and a 12MP front camera.

The next model, the Moto G7 Power, takes aim at a common smartphone concern-battery life-according to Motorola, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lenovo. However, it has some features you won't get from its pricier sibling. The new features include Adaptive battery, Adaptive brightness, Quick settings improvements, Redesigned Settings app and more. Longer battery life is also something you will notice once you have upgraded to Android Pie. This cell also supports 15W TurboPower charging which claims to offer 9 hours of usage with just 5 minutes of charge.

Thousands rally in Madrid against Spanish PM's proposed talks on Catalonia
The demonstrators gathered at the Plaza de Colon in the city centre under the slogan "For a united Spain, elections now!". Sanchez said on Saturday that the gathering would show a "Spain in black and white that simply proposes to go backwards".

The Moto G7 Power has the largest battery of the pack. The notch on the G7 Play is yet larger compared to that of the G7 Power. With such similar sounding names, we can't blame you for having a hard time telling these phones apart.

The Moto G7, G7 Power and G7 Play all run the Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 chipset 1.8GHz octa-core CPUs, giving them equal processing power and, on the face of it, enabling them to multi-task efficiently. Comes in 32GB and 64GB internal storage options, both are expandable via microSD card up to 2TB.

Each device supports microSD cards up to 512GB, so you can expand your storage, which you'll nearly certainly want to do if you go for one of the 32GB options.

The Moto G7 is one of two phones in the series that has near-field communication.

The splashproof G7 Power has a wide eyebrow-style notch on its 6.2-inch screen, but you can tell by holding it that the body is more rudimentary than the Moto G7. Only the G7 and G7 Plus have near-field communication, however, so if you're going to be relying on your mobile for contactless payments you'll need these devices. The Moto G7 which was priced at Dollars 299, could end up costing well north of Rs 20,000, and the G7 Plus which commands a price tag of USD 349 could go beyond Rs 25,000, all of which is more of Moto X and Moto X Play land.

The G7 Plus is the first Moto smartphone to feature 27W TuboPower charging.
