Amber Heard Details Alleged Abuse by Johnny Depp in Suit Response

New court documents detail years of Depp's alleged ruthlessness, which Heard says was mostly fueled by over consumption of alcohol and other substances.

The 32-year-old actress has previously made domestic abuse allegations against her ex-husband - whom she was married to for just over a year before filing for divorce in May 2016 - but is now being faced with a $50 million defamation lawsuit from Johnny, who claims her accusations were an "elaborate hoax".

"Johnny Depp physically and verbally abused Amber Heard", her attorney Eric George said in a statement.

"Johnny often would not remember his delusional and violent conduct after he came out of his drunk or medicated states.Because I loved Johnny, I had believed his multiple promises that he could and would get better".

"Whenever he was using, I anxious for both of us". We called that version of Johnny, "the Monster".

This month, new allegations are coming to light against Depp from Heard, and they are downright terrifying. "Johnny continued to scream obscenities until he went into the plane bathroom and passed out locked in the bathroom for the remainder of the flight".

The actress is then cut off by Depp's attorney from off camera, who claims to just want a "yes or no" answer to the question that was asked. "Scared for my life, I told Johnny, 'You are hurting me and cutting me.' Johnny ignored me, continuing to hit me with the back of one closed hand, and slamming a hard plastic phone against a wall with his other until it was smashed into smithereens". Heard and her two friends, two police officers, male and female, trained in domestic abuse and responding to a domestic abuse call observed and interviewed Ms. "Based on our understanding of the circumstances, the filmmakers and I are not only comfortable sticking with our original casting, but genuinely happy to have Johnny playing a major character in the movies".

The actress also details several other alleged incidents in her response, including occasions where she claims Johnny "strangled" her, "punched" her, and "threw cans and unopened glass bottles" at her.

Rowling concluded, "I accept that there will be those who are not satisfied with our choice of actor in the title role".

Heard obtained a restraining order against Depp a week after filing for divorce in 2016, alleging domestic abuse.

Warner Bros have a little bit more time to make a decision on Depp's future, as even though Rowling has finished the script for Fantastic Beasts 3, filming has been delayed to the autumn of 2020, while it won't hit cinemas now until 2021.

"Despite yesterday's claim "that was the only time I ever hit Johnny" concocted to explain our evidence of time-stamped photos of what she did to Johnny Depp's face after he was late to her birthday party, in fact, Ms. I was wrong", Heard recalled.

"Many at Warner Bros. wish that Rowling hadn't come out so strongly behind Depp, because having made her opinion so public boxes them into a corner", the source said.

Amber said, "I lost a part for a movie in which I had already been cast".

She never once referred to him by name and has never publicly aired the allegations of abuse because of a binding agreement that was part of their divorce settlement. I know what that does to people. "But I will never do it again".
