Another 'Game of Thrones' gaffe: Jaime Lannister grows his hand back

Game of Thrones: Let's Talk About That Episode [Spoilers]

We've always known that the final confrontation between Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) and Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) would be fierce and terrible, but no one could have possibly predicted this sort of carnage. In the next episode, the World will know who eventually sits on the Iron Throne. She starts to lose control of the situation.

After a tumultuous season where Jon Snow couldn't even pet Ghost while saying goodbye, viewers spotted a coffee cup on set, and Arya had her first sex scene, it was going to be tough to figure out where the show might go next.

Dany deserved better than becoming mad - and her maddening behavior coming to a head by being smushed into three episodes of the final season!

"I wanted her to have some big piece or fight with somebody", she said.

After eight seasons of outwitting her enemies in the nick of time, Cersei Lannister's rule is finally over.

Cersei's last words: "Don't let me die".

Klopp promises Liverpool undeterred by title disappointment: We will go again
If a 0-3 deficit can be overturned surely luck would smile on them again on Sunday? Agreed the scenario is anything but easy. Even so, it's the team that does not win the league that would go down as the greatest in history to not win the title.

But after she discussed the scene at length with Coster-Waldau, Headey decided "it seemed like the ideal end for her".

It was later revealed Cersei and her brother Jaime Lannister (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) died together in the blaze at the Red Keep, but Arya's realisation seemed to give her the fire she needed to go after Daenerys and destroy her once and for all. "I think the biggest surprise is he came back for her. Cersei realizes just how she loves him and just how much he loves her".

In their final moments together, it's "maybe the first time that Cersei has been at peace," Headey noted. She's responsible for the death of more lives, a lot of them innocent, than maybe any other ruler was during their entire reign. "Ultimately they belong together". "I told Nikolaj, 'I've never seen you so sweet and sentimental.' And he's all, 'What's happening to me?' We kept cuddling going 'I love you.' It was weird".

She's desperately unhappy and everything that's happened becomes more real than it ever has for her.

She said: 'Dinklage got me the job. Along with the Mother of Dragon's sanity, the episode also marked the end for many characters: Varys, Euron Greyjoy, the Golden Company, The Hound, the Mountain, and the Lannister twins, Jaime and Cersei.
