Woman faces murder count in death of man, 74, shoved off bus

The surveillance video shows Bishop allegedly push Fournier out of the door of the stopped bus

Witnesses say Fournier had been asking Bishop to be nicer to the passengers before being pushed out the doors and onto the ground.

After passing her, Mr Fournier was shoved out of the door, hitting his head on the concrete and sustaining injuries which would eventually kill him.

Las Vegas police have released the shocking video of a woman pushing an elderly man off of a bus.

Bishop was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where she will be charged for murder.

The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop, was arrested last week and is now facing murder charges. He later transported himself to hospital but died from his injuries on April 23.

Police reports of the incident state that he was pushed off "with enough force that he never touched any of the steps on the bus" and that "his head landed approximately eight feet from the bus doorway".

Police are still looking to speak with witnesses.

A judge held her on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing on May 21.

His friend Trevor Taylor told the news station Mr Fournier was a "wonderful person".

According to Las Vegas Review-Journal, Serge then asked her to be nicer which sparked an altercation.

Police said she was seen in the security video, which has yet to be released, walking away holding the boy's hand.

Fournier leaves behind a wife, who is disabled. "People need a little more patience than what they have these days".

Court records show that Bishop was convicted twice, in 2014 and 2015, of misdemeanor domestic battery charges.
