The actor said he went to a bar, talked and took pictures with people, and left.

A source who spoke with the outlet claimed the Oscar victor will be questioned regarding the complaint of a woman who accused the Jerry Maguire star of grabbing her breast while at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge this past weekend.

Gooding revealed that he will turn himself into the NYPD's Special Victim's Unit on Thursday, the same group of investigators who are handling the case. "I trust the system", Gooding Jr told TMZ and further added, "There's a tape that shows what really happened [and] that's the most important thing".

The complainant, a 29-year-old woman, stated that Oscar-winning star of Jerry Maguire groped her breast while he was inebriated around 11.15 pm.

According to reports, the pair got into an argument after the alleged incident and it was broken up by security.

TMZ caught up with Gooding late Tuesday as he was about to board a flight back to New York City from Los Angeles, where he said he is "absolutely not" guilty of what he's been accused of. He said there's a video that shows "what really happened".

A social media video shows the actor singing and interacting with fans earlier in the evening prior to the alleged incident.

Gooding, a Bronx native, rose to fame after starring in Boyz N the Hood in 1991.

Gooding starred as O.J. Simpson in FX's The People v. O.J. Simpson and played Dominic Banks on American Horror Story: Apocalypse.
