Ariana Grande drags anti-LGBT protester who disrupted concert

As she addressed backlash for the festival organisers booking a straight performer for the event celebrating the LGBTQ community, the star responded: "The LGBTQ community has been so special to me and supportive throughout my entire career".

After the incident was brought to her attention, Ariana herself jumped on Twitter with a few words of support for her LGBTQ fanbase.

The protester was eventually forced to leave by fans, with a separate video showing crowds jeering him with chants of "goodbye".

Though things got hairy.

The protester was doused with a drink while packing up his microphone.

"By the end of it someone had through his banner over the bridge, the speaker had been tipped over multiple times", one witness wrote on Twitter.

Trudeau: Canada to push bans and plastic EPR
Both plastic manufacturers and the companies using their products, as in packing materials, will have to provide recycling plans. The unsatisfactory answer from the PM came after his government announced plans to ban many single-use plastics.

Social media had a field day with Grande's post, and it's gained more than four million likes with so many people saying how much they love her look.

While she described herself as "saddened" by the display, she admitted she was "not surprised". I'm so sorry to any of my fans who had to encounter this. In the short clip, a female is seen engaging with the man.

She also pointed out that the men were "highly outnumbered" and reminded her LGBTQ fans that they are "so celebrated and loved and safe".

The protesting comes after Ariana announced earlier this year that she will be headlining the Manchester Pride concert this summer.

Ariana Grande hit back at an anti-gay protesters last weekend (8 June) after attempts to disrupt fans entering the singer's Sweetener World Tour in Atalanta.
