Pelosi Responds to Trump's Criticism: 'I'm Done With Him'

President Donald Trump speaks on the South Lawn at the White House

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi slammed President Donald Trump.

"I'm done with him", Pelosi told Raju at the Fiscal Summit from the Peter G. Peterson Foundation.

Speaking to reporters, the U.S. House of Representatives' top Democrat said her caucus would continue to investigate Trump and his administration through their various committees, one day after Trump said he would take information from foreign sources on any political opponents and might not contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Congressional Democratic Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler said in a press conference that the option to seek impeachment proceedings against US President Donald Trump for obstruction of justice is still on the table.

Trump lashed out at the speaker in an interview with Fox News from the Normany American Cemetery in France last week after reports revealed Pelosi told top House Democrats that she wanted to see the president in "prison" rather than impeached.

"I think she's a disgrace", Trump said "I actually don't think she's a talented person, I've tried to be nice to her because I would have liked to have gotten some deals done". How serious are they?

Bloggers criticised for taking 'insensitive' photos at the Chernobyl site
Reuters reports that one Chernobyl tourist agency has seen a 40 percent increase in bookings since the show aired on TV. Mazin Tweeted "If you visit, please remember that a awful tragedy occurred here".

Pelosi noted that she had declined to criticize Trump during a television interview in France because she does not criticize the president when overseas. "We have plenty of time to do that when we're back home", she said. "This one borders on so totally unethical that he doesn't even realize it".

"I've said that before and our investigation is demonstrating that", Pelosi said.

And so far, only one Republican lawmaker in Congress has indicated they would support an impeachment inquiry: Justin Amash of MI.

However, Trump "took a different tack", she said.

Raju also asked Pelosi if she does believe the President may have committed crimes, doesn't she have an obligation to pursue an impeachment inquiry?
