Vivo Z5x may be rebranded as Vivo Z1 Pro for India

Vivo X15 Rumoured to Be Coming Soon Leaked Renders Reveal Wide-Notch Lack of 3.5mm Jack

Vivo is reportedly planning to launch a new smartphone called the Vivo X15. However, the company has not mentioned any specific date when the device would be launched but it is likely to happen soon. The Vivo Z1 pro will be the company's first product in the Z-series and the smartphone maker has said that it will be their first online-focused smartphone targeted at millennials. Just like the other Vivo smartphones, the Vivo Z1 Pro also sports glossy finish polycarbonate body with curved edges. However, the Chinese manufacturer hasn't revealed the technical specs of the smartphone. The smartphone will be arriving with in-display camera technology which indicates that it could be featuring a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. However, the leaked teaser videos revealed the Vivo Z1 Pro to look exactly the same as China's Vivo Z5x. The upcoming Z1 Pro will also come with AI Face Beauty feature for selfies. But now it appears, Vivo will rebrand the Z5x to the Z1 Pro for the Indian market.

To recall, Vivo had launched its Vivo Z5x in China sometime during the end of last month.

The smartphone will be powered by a Snapdragon 710 chipset and ship with a battery offering 21 days of standby time.

The Vivo Z5x features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display that supports full HD+ resolution. However, it is possible that Vivo might not bring the 4GB RAM variant to India, and we only get to see the 6GB and 8GB RAM variants for here. The phone will come with 64 GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, the Vivo Z5x has a triple rear camera setup with 16-megapixel as a primary sensor with f/1.78 aperture, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The microSD support and a rear fingerprint sensor is also expected.
