Novak Djokovic overcomes plucky Bautista Agut to reach Wimbledon final

Roger Federer must win first set against Rafael Nadal says Woodbridge

They are human after all.

A day after losing to Serena Williams in the singles semifinals, Strycova teamed up with Hsieh Su-wei to beat top-seeded Timea Bagos and Kristina Mladenovic 7-6 (5), 6-4 and reach her first Grand Slam final.

Roger Federer reached his 12th Wimbledon final on Friday, defeating old rival Rafael Nadal, 11 years after the Spaniard triumphed in their epic 2008 title showdown at the All England Club, a match widely regarded as the greatest ever played.

The 37-year-old now has the chance to extend his haul to 21 when he faces the other member of tennis's Big Three - 15-time major victor Novak Djokovic - in Sunday's final.

Novak Djokovic said he has had "enough support" from the Wimbledon crowd over the years and was not interested in complaining about it following his semi-final victory on Friday.

Now, Calvert has dialed in on Federer vs. Nadal and locked in multiple best bets.

"I'm exhausted. It was tough at the end", 20-time Grand Slam champion Federer, who beat Nadal for only the fourth time in their 14 clashes at majors, said after receiving a standing ovation from his adoring Centre Court fans.

The match was the 40th instalment of their career series, but Nadal is adamant world sport's most enduring individual rivalry will continue despite it already stretching more than 15 years and both players well into their 30s. It was a joy to play today.

And so, while it is hard to put a label on this Federer-Djokovic rivalry, what we could see on Sunday is a defining moment in the race to top the all-time Grand Slam list. I'd be speaking very different, feeling very different.

Dramatic video shows Coast Guard nabbing suspected drug-smuggling submarine
The drugs were seized in 14 operations since May in global waters off Mexico and Central and South America. Eventually, the hatch opens and the suspected smugglers come out with their hands up.

Nadal is not the one to give up. She won her first and only Grand Slam title at the French Open previous year. "I had my chances".

"He played aggressive, he played a great match, and just well done for him". You go through these kinds of emotional moments, especially in big matches like this, all the time.

Federer's fans inside Centre Court and massed on "Henman Hill" watching the drama on the giant screen, need not have anxious though as the second seed had plenty left in the tank.

Only five points went against serve in the first seven games as the two gladiators settled into their groove.

After a first set featuring just one break point, both players were forced to save two apiece in the opening stages of the second set as the shackles came off, and Nadal went on to break Federer to love in the fourth game.

Federer's fans need not have fretted though.

The eight-time Wimbledon champion Federer took the lead after winning the third set by a single break. He's dropped just one set in the last two rounds. "I didn't receive well today", the 33-year-old said.

The second Grand Slam semifinal in five weeks between Federer and Nadal-the two faced off at the French Open, where Nadal won in straight sets-started with 12 straight holds before Federer played a terrific tiebreak to get his nose in front.

The ice cool Swiss fended that off, then unloaded everything in his arsenal at Nadal in two more match points, only to have victory snatched away by two sublime winners off the indefatigable Spaniard's racket.
